how to become a first team player and whats a trainee

hey guys i am new so plz tell me what these ratings mean and how does one get these ratings like i am a trainee, so how do i become a manager or a first team player

Well the first step is to not make your first posts totally negative, slagging off players and/or manager.

Any criticism needs to be objective and constructive.

The second step is to try and avoid controversy - like being racist.
