I personally think the players will go out to prove a point against Leverkusen. Its important yes to top the group, but i feel there is a lot more at stake, as far as easing the pain of the fans from saturdays funeral, and hoping to avoid being axed by SAF. Well its going to be interesting.

This season, our results in CL have not improved our PL performances and I believe the mentality of our players is to blame.. They seem to think that a decent result in the CL against, let's face it, poor sides will somehow mean that 3 points are up for grabs against the usual suspects in the PL sides... but we have not used the CL form to improve our domestic game like we should have against teams like Villa, City, Fulham and Bolton... This is worrying..
