how do you upload a picture from your PC to a post on here?

Upload it to a file sharing site like imgur, then copy the embed link (with the IMG tags round it) and post it here

you can actually do it directly to the caf too.
basically go to the picture on your desktop, right click it, select "Open With", then select notepad. Copy what shows in notepad, then on a caf post select Media and paste it in.

How do we share a instagram post in here?
Quite straightforward. Go to the Instagram post, copy the link to the timestamp (says "6 hours ago" on desktop) then paste it on here and it automatically changes it from being the link like:How do we share a instagram post in here?
