bastard runtime errors everytime I click on something in the caf.

What fecking invalid character does it mean?

There are time limits set for certain procedures such as searches etc on the caf and if the search, for example, takes longer than the set time (30 secs I think) it will give a runtime error.

This is an error coming from XP that comes up everytime I click a thread or anything else on the caf.

XP was f*cking up my 'cafe viewing pleasure' (;)) too for a while. It kept logging me out, despite setting cookies etc. I messed about with my Internet Options/Security Settings etc and it's fine now, touch wood.

Saw your problem on a forum JSV and this was the solution....seemed to work for some.

You might try going to the Control Panel.
Select Internet Options.
Find the 'Advanced' tab and click it.
Then select 'Disable script debugging'.

I have seen that problem before but with as little information as you have given that is all that I can tell you to try. Hope that helps. :)

Once again Marching comes up trumps.

Cheers for that fella.
