Will Manchester United get nothing in this season too, just like the last one?
I'm worried!

Its not just about the winning, its about the getting there as well. A season like the last was not a total wash-out. We saw our exciting come-backs against Spurs and Villa as well as the thrilling match against the Hammers.
Anways, I seriously doubt we will have such a dismal run as we had during the early parts of the season.
The only pple to whom only results matter are the pool, cause it sure can't be for their boring style of play which attracts them.

Why are you worried???
It's only one game into the season. You shouldn't even be thinking of trophies yet.

Even when one of your own posts a message unconnected in any way with us, you can't help but bring Liverpool in to it.
Are you obsessed more with our style of play than genuine concerns over your own teams performances??

I really wouldn't be too arsed if we didn't win any silverware this season either AS LONG AS we get back to playing the United way.
The top thing I've been so proud of over this 9 year run was the style of play used to achieve the success, we didn't sacrifice our entertaining footy for success. It seems now though, the swashbuckling style is only a last resort when we are either drawing or losing with 20 minutes left.
I know arse fans who much prefer the way they won the titles under Wenger to the way they won under George Graham.
There's a few REDS on here that supported United in the 70's and 80's, they know what I'm talking about. Winning titles & cups is the best feeling there is, however, winning them with style, flair and elegance is even better.

I love you TTR.

I don't think the 70s and 80s were the times of style, flair and elegance. Rather they were the hard times when we treasured the memories of the style, flair and elegance of the 50s and 60s and dreamed of a new glorious era.
There's a few reds on here who are so ancient that we supported Manchester United before 1970. Minimum age 33.

Jacqueline's ICQ suggests that she is a 17 year old for whom english is a second language, so her english is understandably poor. Its just a coincidence that she's a Beckham fan.

Ha, I don't really care if my English is that poor or not, as long as I can express my love to Manchester United.

By worrying over trophies means you are expressing your love for them?
