Disagree.
Its not possible to want the team you support to lose IMO. You can't do that and REALLY support the team.

After 90 mins play, Liverpool are 1-0 up, and have already hit the woodwork twice....but joy of joys, the germans get a corner in the first minute of injury time...their goalie goes up to create mayhem in the box, and Big Ron says "if Bayern get one now...".

"Can Bayern score? - They always score"!

I felt that losing to Derby at home on the last day of the season made the whole day an anti-climax. I support United - the only time I worry about Manchester City is when we play them, and I enjoy taking six points off them.

There were absolutly 1000's of pool fans praying that poo lose to BLACKBURN on the last day of the 95'season so that BLACKBURN would win the league and not UTD ..... That is sad concidering LIVERSHITE wern't even in the title race that year!!!!!

Everything must be done to stop the scousers. If the worst comes to the worst and the above scenario comes true i will indeed be hoping for a Gary Nevill "own goal" in the last minute [/QUO Your in almost the same spot we were in a few years back when blackburn were making their run.I'd feel the same way.

Playing the reserves against Arsenal, won't be considered a sporting behavior, remember back n 94-1995 season when we travelled to Westham & Liverpool hosted Blackburn,,,did Liverpool played with the reserves ?

For your information we beat Blackburn and celebrated our victory as well as enjoying Blackburns celebrations. If you had beaten West Ham you would have won it. But you didn't This is soooo funny.

I've had that 18 & 4 rammed down my thoart for enough years, we just can't do ANYTHING to allow those Scousers to get further away.
I was hoping Sir Alex to retire having matched (or beaten) that record, but I guess, it just wasn't to be.

I agree.
I know what you say is true because I was at that game. I thought that was really fecking sad too.
Its a personal opinion but I could NEVER cheer on the opposition, not for any reason at all. I cheered for LIverpool that day and had a few rows with those wanting blackburn to win.

that would be an interesting one.
gary Neville tearing down the wing to a roar of approval from Scouse land

I'd have no problem cheering the aesthetically challenged one...

I was at that game too, and although the atmosphere was a strange one, not once did I hear anyone cheer Blackburn on, apart from the Blackburn fans, obviously.
Course, when the news filtered in of your result at West Ham....we celebrated a double victory.
