an old TV Series, that has nothing to envy The Sopranos

is an excellent show portraying the homicide department in Baltimore City, just finished watching the whole 7 seasons and i loved it

ranked 9/10 on IMDB

Homicide: Life on the Street (TV Series 1993–1999) - IMDb

May I be the first to say it's no coincidence that the same guy who produced The Wire produced this series also? Both brilliant series.

And I recommend you read the book that birthed both series, it's an excellent description of a typical urban police homicide unit.

i only realize it wathing the first episode, that's about dhe death of adena watson

yep, great series. I used to watch it late night on channel 4.

Great show. Definitely gonna get the boxset and watch them all again at some point.

And the book is brilliant, too.

Couldn't watch the seventh (it's final) season, the drop of in quality was huge, everything else is gold
