Anyway, it appears that I have been IP'd at my home address - any ideas as to why?

I'd guess that if you have a static ip then you have a second login that got itself banned or (more likely) you use an ISP that has dynamic ips and when you last logged on you were assigned one that was previously used by a banned WUM. Disconnect from your ISP and then connect again and the problem will probably go away.
