In honesty, and regardless of Musk being a Fascist or not, I am not convinced that he consciously, or planned, was doing a Nazi salute. I don't think he would see such an act beneficial for his agenda, and neither would Trump. More than anything, he looked rather erratic and unhinged. Then again, I could be wrong.I just don’t know what he was thinking, even in a room full of republicans, whipping out the nazi salute like that is one hell of a risk. It’s quite possibly the most brazen display of racism, on such a mass scale that I can remember. You don’t just pull that out without being sure it’ll land. I don’t really pay attention to US politics, but I think I probably underestimated just how far gone the American right is if they're literally cheering fecking nazi salutes.
You could just have written that he'll simplify some stuff. Just about every government in the world would do well to implement some of the libertarian policies.
He'll probably complicate some stuff too!

Hey you could well be right, I mean like I said, that’s a hell of a risky thing to do for basically no reason. Was it a wave/spur of the moment gesture of gratitude to the crowd that looks unfortunately like a nazi salute? Only he knows.
Personally I think it’s far more likely that he just felt emboldened by all those right wing nut jobs cheering him and felt comfortable enough doing something like that. He probably didn’t plan it, but he felt ok enough about it to do it twice.
