She's retired for a 2nd time..her elbow's far too damaged apparently. It's a shame we'll never get to see that awesome one handed backhand again

That sucks, she was my favourite on the women's tour, great player.

Her complete lack of boob-age really upset me in my younger days....I also hated her after her French Open antics, just thought she was a bit of a bitch.

But did have a magic backhand, and 7 time Grand Slam winner.

Yup 7 time slam winner, former World Number 1 and a Olympic Gold Medalist. She was a brilliant player.

Shame, women's tennis will hugely miss aggressive players like Henin. There is plenty of defensive "just put safe shot back" players like Kuznetsova but only a few of Henin nature.
