How can i get a player to tutor a younger player in FM 2008.

I saw that some players in other teams are servinf as tutors/mentors to some younger players
how could i get giggs or scholes to do that for me ??

Choose your young player who you want tutored;

Go to player interaction (Bottom left on the players profile)

One of the options will be tell player x you think that he can learn a lot from player y

You can't choose whch player tutors him there will only be one option. Be careful though as sometimes it can have a negative effect but if you have a player who is rathed as a wonder kid he needs tuition to hit his best.
