A lady friend of mine who has never been banned wishes to resume her participation. Her old handle was "Helena". The problem is that she was incactive for several months when her PC went tits up. She has changed her ISP and email address and has since forgotten her old password. Please let me know how she can be re-admitted. Thanks.

As Helena has moved ISP's from AOL tell Helena to re-register from scratch with a new name.
