Help please

I have changed my PC at home and because of this, it does not remember my password. I am on my work laptop at the moment and it remembers it automatically on here but I can't sign in at home as I do not remember what I put in for my password.

This is also confused by the fact that I changed ISP's since joining and so my e.mail address is also wrong. I would change that but I need to type in my password to and I don't know it!!

Can enybody pls help?

Why would I try that?

I need somebody to tell me my password so that I can put it in on my other PC. This computer remembers my password automatically so I don't need it for this one but my new PC needs it..........
