Rivaldo will be out of contract next season if im correct.
Worth a punt on astronimical wages for a couple of years anyone?
He would bring something different to our game - but would he want to play in England and do we want someone else who will think they are above the team?

In a word, No.

If I ever needed convincing, the match against Turkey did it.

rivaldo is exceptional at recieving difficult bals from any angle and controlling them and either darting forward or holding the ball up, which veron cannot do.

if veron goes, only rivaldo could replace that creative role.

if he's cheap buy him for a few seasons and let players like fletcher, richardson, bowditch learn from him, whereafter they can replace him with a one of our youngsters.

so did zidane stomping on a player purposefully make veryone hate him as a footballer.

thats the first time i have ever seen rivaldo do sommat like that.

BTW Brasil were F***ing awesome.
