Has a right back ever scored a hat-trick? Yes

Matthew Le Tissier, while primarily known as an attacking midfielder, played some games at right-back for Southampton. He scored a hat-trick against Nottingham Forest in 1995 while playing in that position.
 
Ofer Talker once scored six goals in a mid-week Toto Cup game in Israel. (Against actual first division opposition, I believe -- let's not take anything away from his a achievement.)

Steve Watson scored a hat trick against Leeds. Remember being delighted in Fantasy football cause he kept a clean sheet too
 
Right wing back and all but he plays more like a wide player in a 442 than a full back... But yeah anyway

I’m going to need some convincing Le Tiss ever played right back. That sounds very unlikely - especially at the height of his powers in 1995.
 
There was this CB of all positions scored a hattrick, against fecking liverpool. An injury prone, stand in CB at it. Nothing will top that, but this is close.
