I happened to look up Franny Jeffers earlier today and found out he was on trial at Blackpool in July, so at least Blackpool fans can take heart in the knowledge, that if they do sign Harewood, it could have been a lot worst.

Hull City tried to sign Harewood on loan in January last season. I remember thinking to myself please, god, no! A view which was echoed by many other fans.
It's interesting to see Blackpool find themselves in a similar situation to the one that Hull were in though, i.e. Despite how much money you throw at it, nobody wants to play for you, because they don't give you a chance.
