No singing in the first one no. There will be in the second one though I believe.
Out of the ones you've listed Rock Band is the king. That said, knowing your taste in music, Band Hero might be more to your liking.

Rock Band, hands down.
Rock Band 2 is the better one, but if you like the Beatles I'd go for that and buy the Rock Band and Rock Band 2 games separately. Rock Band Beatles complete set is like £130
Or you could wait until the new Guitar Hero comes out on the 24th, should be a lot better than the last few. That's £179.99 for the full set
Look through the song listings and see what one has the better songs for you is the best thing to do really.

I promptly hope that Take-Two tell them to suck their dicks and to feck off. They will destroy the company.
Edit: have just seen the date, my bad. But feck Activision anyway. I hope they get a surprise drop in sales with new cod, but knowing the idiots in the world, I doubt it.
