Is there a bigger dickhead on TV?

I watched one of his programmes the other night, How to Look Good Naked, and it basically involved him telling grossly obese women how beautiful they look, and that it's perfectly acceptable to be overweight.

Fair play to him for building his career on the back of other peoples insecurities, but he's by far and away the most annoyingly pretentious, attention seeking poof on the TV, and that's saying something.
