Verdict: Die hard Red

You are one of the hard core United fans who probably live close to Old Trafford and goes to every home game and even some away games. You may even travelled huge distances just to be at a United match. You've probably been supporting United a long time and have seen them through both the bad times. You have an encylopedic knowlege of the club and obsessed with United, you read/talk/surf about them constantly. When they get beaten it ruins your week, if they don' win it causes depression and even anxiety but loyalty never wavers. United are most likely the most important thing in your life, although you'll never tell your wife/husband/partner this fact. You'll still be as obsessed when the bad times come around because United is in your blood. Well done for being the reddest of red Manchester United fans, you are a credit to the world of football.

I'm as shocked as anyone!! ;)

I've done it, I'm a true United fan (in spite of what some people here think) :D

Piece of crap test. First I was a moderate fan, changed ONE thing (question 1, from 90's till 80's) and all of a sudden I am a good solid United fan.

:( it said i was "scum of the earth and should be executed at half time by being strangled with a liverpool scarf :(

<img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" /> - I'm SOLID (as it were <img src="graemlins/nervous.gif" border="0" alt="[Nervous]" /> )

I'm a Die Hard Red gloryhunter ;)

Load of bollox

Question 2 had no real option for me and the answer is crap cos they make the assumption that i live close to the ground.

They are also NOT the most important thing in most peoples lives

However i do agree that i am / was a better fan than most you Cnuts

;)

Although I dont live close to the ground and wasnt born in manchester I will add a couple of things proving my loyalty. Each of my three children have been to OT on their third birthday and toured the ground to learn about the greatest team in the world this will keep it in our blood to pass down to future generations. When I had the Big C it was only united who could keep my spirits up. United the only true religion.

Die Hard Red here too, Scouse bloke or no Scouse bloke :D <img src="graemlins/devil.gif" border="0" alt="[Devil]" /> ;)

:D Die Hard Red

Die Hard Red, I think hating scousers was the thing that did it. :D

Solid, and not die hard, cause i've never been on OT, but after all I live in Denmark and are student, so it is very hard... But watch for me next summer, when i'm celebrating that im finish with the school I'm in at the momemt.

Die Hard Red, although i must say some of the questions didndt have the really 'true' answer available, for instance the question regarding why you support man utd (12) did not include 'because they were the closest big team to where i lived as a child' which was really the answer i would have chosen.

Yes, but changing from 90's till 80's is a great big change. Most people either support their own local team or their Dad's favourite team (that's ok) or else a team that was at the top when they started supporting (glory hunting). If they choose a team at the top, their loyalty isn't tested until things start going wrong. Non-Mancunians who started supporting us in the 90s haven't proved themselves yet. Anyone who started supporting us in the 80s chose a difficult option and has earned respect.

I started in the 50s so I'm die hard.

Since I started rooting for United in the 90s and live on the other side of the world, I am considered a Moderate fan and not much of a football fan. I guess growing up in the States, where the view of football (oops, soccer) is considered a woman's sport would be the reason why I was never exposed to pro ball until the early 90s (when I was a teen). This 'test' means absolutely nothing to me. United is in my blood much the same as my Dallas Cowboys. I love United, as they are the only club for me. Always will be, just watch me.

By changing my answer in question #1 to "1980s", I became a Good Solid United Fan. Basically this test says you are a gloryhunter if you didn't support United prior to 1989. So I guess I'm a gloryhunter. :o  <img src="graemlins/devil.gif" border="0" alt="[Devil]" />

How many games did Jovanovic play for us in the end, about 7? Saying that, if he was around these days he'd do a lot better. We appreciate ball playing defenders more nowadays.
Terry Gibson <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" />
Remember Colin Gibson? handy player he was. wonder where he is now.

Good solid United fan.

Well done, you have made it to the category the majority of United fans fall into. You have been supporting United for all the right reasons and have seen them through both the bad and good times. You probably don' go to every game but you follow the team's progress devotedly and know a large amount about the club's tradition and history. United are your most popular topic of conversation, when they get beaten it ruins your day, when they win you have a spring in your step and the world is a brighter place - United are capable of causing you real emotion sometimes despair, sometimes elation. Well done for being a true United fan.

Spot-on actually :)

Die Hard! <img src="graemlins/devil.gif" border="0" alt="[Devil]" />

Verdict: Bandwagon jumper

Unfortunately you are a glory hunting bastard, the sort who gives this great club a bad name. If you are over the age of 20 you obviously must have been a Liverpool supporter in the past or only started liking football because it was trendy. Supporting Manchester United means you can always bask in their reflected glory and look down on others. For you, winning is everything and if that means pretending to support a football team you have no interest in, so be it. You may even be one of the corporate fans who wear a suit to games. At some subconcious level you know you'ere cheating yourself and you really could' t care less when your friends are' t looking. Would you like a prawn sandwich? BEGONE VILE FIEND.

;)

Die hard even though i've never been to OT.
Feels like i've dified gravity.

Think there's a bit of cheating going on... I'm a 'good solid fan' despite a fare-few trips to Old Trafford, and people who've never been, are die-hard? Whats up with that? ;)

big pile of cum that feckin quiz.

Yeah Colin Gibson turned in some good performances for the reds but not as many as John Gidmans awesome 85 season. Terry Gibson he was laughable, nice one fatkinson..! I had a bet on when we played Coventry in the cup back in 84 I think. The game was OT and I put a tenner on the Reds to win 4-0... :( We lost 2-0 and Gibson got both goals, Fatkinson then bought him and he never scored again.....I think..?

It just called me a drunk...
