Some lads in this place really rate him.

What about Crowe for United? He is the new Terry Eviston.

Banging goals in all over the place, even against Drogheda United I hear.

he'll never be Terry Eviston. Eviston's got it all - power, pace, vision, a terrific pass AND shot with either foot and at ANY time. this kid is a genius, the next maradona, and russell crow has a way to go. :)

You forgot Terry Eviston's tactical genius.

Russell Crowes got it all and he plays for the all conquering bohs.

I think the Irish League is really poor compared to the English Premier League, it would be a very big step for the lad, lets see how he does against bigger opposition at international level!

He did very well against Greece - probably Ireland's man of the match. Which wasn't saying much - we were ming. But then, so were the Greeks.
He looks to me (and I've seen him play a good bit) like a guy who would be useful to a lower Premiership team. After that, well, you just can't tell.

I doubt Roddy Colins could afford him. If he moves to England, it will be to a First Division team, unless he breaks into the Irish team regularly, in which case a Premiership club could well come calling.

Why would he want to move from the peerless bores?
