I think Danny Webber should be recalled from loan and made our 4th striker, Kieren Richardsen and Madds Timm should also be given out a run out.

Michael Stewart is competent and can fill in the cm hole, whilst Keano's out.

Where the feck was he today!

Chadwick is not good enough

Thing is, no-one will buy him. Hence his continued presence, unfortunately.

Chadwick would be a great buy for someteam like Wolves,Rotherham et al No way will he make it at OT,glad to see his acne has improved tho
;)

I can't believe some here are touting Michael Stewart as our great white hope !

Says it all really..

You mean he has even more???

after seeing davis go out on loan id really like to see Richardson have a go

far better prospect than chadwick

but we dont pick the team

Youth is the future, without a doubt.
Money doesn`t buy you success ask Fergie.

Give the youth a go by all means.

Just not all at the same time.

It goes to the old Cliche if they are good enough they are old enough...Are they??
I guess the only way to find out is to try

What happened to Fergie's Fledglings?

John O'Shea, MOM against Chelsea - dropped next game.

SAF has always done this with young players, as he feels they are not equiped to play every game yet.

O'Shea was blooded last year. He's ready this.

That's how it happened with Becks and co. And 17 year old Giggs.

has fergie developed feet of clay and fear of failure ,(he could be blamed for poor performances if he selected the "kids".)? the "fergie has lost the plot" stories would pop up everywhere. but it could be they aren't good enough yet , i don't get a chance to see them play ever so i really don't know. he's stated that MU would buy a big name every year and fill the squad out with youth players. well after seeing a heartless performance by some "star" players why the hell not! timing is everything and the time is now.

where are the youngsters ? when did we last win the Youth cup for example ? ......few of us had heard much of Becks , Scholes , Giggs , Nevilles etcetc when they burst on the scene other than that they were part of a very succesful youth team ...Fergie rabbits on about youth being the Machester United way , but where are they .....the reserves dont exactly set the world alight .none ofthose introduced in recent seasons, with the exception of OShea, have made any impact whatever and have been moved on as will Chadwick too . As someone suggstd a lad for Wolves , Rotherham thats his level not OT and regrettably the cupboard seems very bare .....or is that being too pessimistic .

Leeds rode their luck today ,we should have been 2 up by half time,,but if you dont score when on top you pay the price.
the leeds goal was a gift ,no one picked up kewell (silvestra).
You just had to see who was on the bench ,told you what problems we have with injuries etc.
Why is Richadrson not getting a chance,I MEAN IF CHADWICK CAN GET ON THE BENCH ???
and for the 4TH. striker bloody hell we need someone, why did'nt SAF buy someone before the deadline
P.S
good luck to Andy and Dwight tomorrow
well i mean the are both ex. utd lads.
(just coz they playing the massives dont come into it )
ok i lie ,,,,,so what ,i need cheering up this weekend
p

How about because Chadwick has done better in the reserves than Richardson? And how about because if you think Chadwick lacks strength, then Richardson is a feather that would get blown over by the wind? Neither of them is strong and big enough yet to hack such a game.

SAF obviously doesn't share your opinion
He had limited appearances last season and although obviously good enough SAF's intentions were obvious after Blanc signed for another year and Rio was bought
I think we should play O'shea and Rio but who am I to argue with the great man

Once Larry made the decision to play another season he was always going to play.
I've said all along i'd like to see Danny Webber being recalled from Watford and Michael Stewart be given a chance.
I don't know enough about our other young players to comment. I've heard good things about Jimmy Davis at Swindon so maybe he's a option.
