Just watched this, it seems George was very underrated while he was still alive, but every bit as much of a genius as Lennon and McCartney

Never heard of it but it's my opinion that George was responsible for the sound of the sixties ( sound I associate with the Rubber Soul album).

Yeah I enjoyed it. Needed two sittings though, very long!
Also wasn't much of a film documentary for me. More a bunch of interviews slapped together with no narration. I enjoyed it because I'm a fan, but I'm certain people who aren't all that familiar with George and the history of the Beatles would have found it confusing and boring.

He was my favourite Beatle by a country mile.

Fantastic guitarist. Not as good a songwriter as Paul or John, has to be said.
Not many are though. I still don't think he got the recognition he deserved
Some of my favorite Beatles songs are his.
Here comes the sun, While my guitar gently weeps, I me mine and Something are some of the best songs they ever made in my opinion. And if you take into account how few songs he wrote in comparison to Lennon & McCartney, I'd say he's a pretty good songwriter as well.
