Thanks for the torrent, but do you think you could explain to me how to use a torrent file. Is there a program I need to use it? Where could I get that program?

you need a program to downlaod the torrents, there are a few around, but i use azureus and its never given me problems, it'll be here somewhere:
http://azureus.sourceforge.net/
if that doesnt work, just search for a bit torrent program, there are loads about.
once youve installed that, download the torrent and open it and azureus should sort it out from there...
