I've downloaded Age Of Empires 2, yet when I go to play it, it asks for a disk.

They is a folder included called 'crack' which has an application in it but when I've opened it up it does nothing.

Any help?

I don't condone such things at all, shame on you.

But I assume the "application" is a .exe of the game itself. You have to copy this into the installation folder of the game and replace the original .exe in there with it.

At least that's how it usually works.

That's appalling, however you should back up the original .exe in case you want to update the game later.

Cheers, it's flagged up a virus so I've binned it and downloading another one. I'll see if this one works better.

And I don't condone it either, just researching it for a project. :nervous:

Crack's often come up as false positives, so youll never really know if its a virus. Best thing you can do is go by the comments of where you got it, or use specilist tools.

Or be legal, and therefore cool

You fecking disgust me!

One of the best games I've ever played. You better not steal the awesome Age of Mythology as well! Or the expansion packs!

Cheers for the support guys! Got the game working.

Its not a virus because ive used it myself...just copy it and replace the original .exe
