this yr, more than any other yr, the elite of Europe has congregated in the way that uefa have hoped for.

unfortunatley Basel are there and we aint.

in my heart I know we dont really deserve to be but it does still stick in the throat when u see all the juicy fixtures....and then us in the Worthy of Europe v Vitesse

It drives me f**king crazy.

Even after the performances against Valencia twice and Basle at home although we had to do was beat a very average team away from home to go through.

I said before that game will be a true test of how far we have come and we failed in style. I said if we manged to get the ball and hold on to it and keep possession we would win. We failed big time.

I'm sick to death of saying this but our players and our squad are as good as anything around with the exception of Real. So why is it when we play football we look like a f**king 2nd divsion team when we try to pass and move a football. Our movemet amd the way our players try and find space is a disgrace and the coaching is to blame. We are second in the league because our 'football' is effective. It's all about the system.

That's just 3 of the first few posts, Funny as feck, it's just scousers complaining that there not in Europe anymore.
