Why do we need someone to replace Ole when he is on fire and still in his twenties? <img src="graemlins/houllier.gif" border="0" alt="[Houllier]" />
If anything, we need a striker just to bolster our squad, with Yorke on his way out.
I do agree the names you mentioned above would be truly world class, but Ole deserves a run in the first team for the first time in four years.
On the subject of Kanoute; good player, and still got plenty of his best years ahead of him There is no doubt he could find the net at United – with the service our midfield pump forward, most strikers with two eyes could. The one aspect I’m not sure of is whether he could handle playing 2/3 games in a week.
