There has been recent speculation both from the rumour mill and also from some more reputed sources that Ferguson is eyeing Fowler...

Well whatever one has against him due to his history, he is one of the most natural finishers in the game which we could do with at the moment. Leeds seem to be hovering and he seems to be frustrated. In addition he will not be cup tied either for the CL..

too slow, too injury prone, skally attitude. woudnt make the grade, dont work hard enough. feck him!
 
To be honest I think that Leeds didn't do the best business when they gave us £11m for him. He's like Gazza was for a few years b4 he completely lost his skills, he sometimes has flashes of his old self but most of the time he's no more than an average striker. He's lost his pace, his sharpness and he's overweight.

Fowler is a bad version of OGS. We need hard work and creativity not someone whose ability is to wait for the ball and put it in the net.

I would prefare Ronaldinho, Del Piero or Totti rather than Mr ARROGANCE

If we were to get Fowler for about 5-7 mil then that would be a hell of a deal. Not cup tied, easily the best finisher out of any of the British strikers and obviously a prolific and proven goalscorer. Who cares if he is a kop legend. If he could do for us what he did for them should we complain.
 
rather have Forlan at 3rd/2nd choice than drug sniffing fowler!!
