FOURTH NPOWER TEST, RIVERSIDE: ENGLAND v WEST INDIES

Glad Hoggard is finally back and replaces Plunkett who just isn't good enough. I expect another England win

Who will bat at number 8 is the big worry; hopefully not Hoggard.

Missed the first 5 minutes thinking that nothing would happen, i was wrong. Ganga out for a diamond duck

247-9, Chanderpaul's just got to 100 but this match will end in a draw

Anybody been following sidebottom before these few tests?

I knew of him, was a bit surprise when he was selected and he has done really well. Do you think he will continue to play in the first 11 and in this form?

Conditions suit him. He'd be useless on a track that offered little or no assistance.

Thought as much, still a good effort. The batting strengh of this West Indies is quiet poor aswell, except for Chanderpaul of course.

I'm at my placement today so cant watch. Colly is a fighter pure and simple. Prior just got out so its 335-7. Come on Harmy hit a few sixes.

Well Done to Collingwood

Strauss did well, Good to see him playing well after such bad form.

Play out the day. Get a lead of at least 100-150 then bowl them out tomorrow for less.

Worth a shot. Worst they'll get is a draw.

I would say it will be a draw, but hopefully we will be able to bowl them all out tomorrow. Whats the weather forecast for tomorrow?

England all out for 400. That's a lead of 113. It's only five pm. If England can get the Windies 4 down by close of play, we might still get a result.

I'm glad we're all out, perfect scenario really. You just knew we'd have batted until lunch tomorrow otherwise, and we were never gunna take 10 wickets in two sessions; over a day and a bit it's extremely realistic. I put it 50/50 the draw or the English victory

Winides 83-3 close of play. Looks like a draw unless domething drastic happens

All depends on Chanderpaul, if England can get him out early, they'll go onto win I reckon. Skittle the windies down to 200 all out and then get the runs to win.

Don't agree Dan, three wickets tonight for me puts England favourites ahead of the draw. I'd fully back us to take 7 lower order wickets inside two sessions, and at best they'll have a lead of 150 which I think is easily chasable in the final session. This is all weather dependent of course, I don't know what the forcast is

Iheard them say tommorrow afternoon weather wise is a bit dodgy. England may aswell go all out for the win as the series is wrapped up.

The thing is i can see Gayle and especially Chanderpaul to stick for a while, unless one of the Bowlers steps it up i can only see a draw

I personally think England have a good chance of winning tomorrow, depending on the weather, Will have to get Chanderpaul out fast tho. At least it will be nothing less then a draw.

Yep, he's the man. We get him out and we've got a chance, but if he gets settled he'll go on like in his previous innings
