I have got to say that I thought Fortune was excellent on Saturday. Never did anything outstanding, but worked very hard, put in tackles and kept Kieran Dyer very quiet.

Well done Quinny.

He's surprised me with how well he can tackle and press, always thought he was just a winger. Credit to him for taking his chance, must be ahead of Phil right now for that position.

I'd say he's ahead of Veron too. CM seems to be his natural position if you ask me.

Always has been. He was bunged on the wing because he has a bit of trickery.

Never really effective out wide for us, we have very good left wingers...

edit: us = South Africa.

I never realised it either, the hammers game was the first time i saw him in the middle and he did well there too.
Im starting to understand why Keaney (as he calls him <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" /> ) said hed be the first man in his 5-aside team.

I thought Fortune was manof the match versus Leverkusen. Had a very effective game against Newcastle too. Hope h can do it against pool and arse.
