The one thiing that seperates Veron, who is supposed to be class, and Forlan is DESIRE, and Diego has tons of it. With our current crop of injuries the desire to give your all for the team is the one element that will keep us in the hunt.

What's great about Diego is that he scores important goals. He doesn't save his goals for when we're 2-0 or 3-0 up or for a Worthington Cup match. He's had a big hand in getting us 7 points from 3 matches now.
 
He fecking loves the club already, when he scored and ran over to the united fans, kissing the shirt and all that. I feel so happy for him when he scores.

Oops, I put my Forlan post in a different thread. So I will re-phrase it.

Onya Diego! I was one of your doubters although I maintain that we have seen players come and go at Old Trafford who scored important goals at vital times yet didn`t make it in the end. Mark Robins, anyone? I don`t necessarily think Diego is now going to be a fixture in the team but the lad is certainly staking a great claim.

To score the goals he has scored means a hell of a lot. He has in fact rescued Manchester United in crucial games and he has THE HUNGER that Sir Alex requires. The will to win, the 1,000 percent effort.

Onya Diego and keep proving some of us wrong!
