Sparkle has forgotten her password, can any of the admins help her out?

Why doesn't she simply ask the website for a new one? Unless she can't access the registered e-mail address anymore that is.
I forgot Yaps' password, and I can't remember the one for his email address either.
She can't remember that either, what does she need to do?
If she doesn't know the registered e-mail address then yes, an admin will need to reset it to something.

They don't need an e-mail address, she can change that herself after the password to whatever. She can then change the password herself after she has changed the e-mail.

i dont know my password either. i can only log in through my computer since its remembers my id and password.

... surely you know your email so you can just reset it that way? And don't you use Firefox? Options>Security>Saved Passwords
