Better see if you can host first ceks, as the guys in the other thread were saying they had problems.

If you can, ill be man city.

I'll have citeh if you can

EDIT: feck everton then

Check through our thread for info on starting it up.

I found it feckin hard to do. I sat down t about 7.30 determined to get it working. At 9.30ish i thought i had cracked it but still no joy. Good luck, but be warned, its complicated

Just cos thaksins got a billion under his bedroom floor:D

Newcastle get 40 million budget by the way.
Good side to be.

Its all very well talking budgets, but only 3 people want to play and no one has a clue how to host.

So Iv'e started a network game as a host with his IP: 86.141.79.182 with the password oranges. Someone give it a whirl, tenner says it doesn't work but at least its a start

I did some dmz thing on the router which said it was required for opening ports for network gaming. I figured id try from there. As I said I was never confident that would work

I did a whole port forwarding thing before, but it was bollocks and just slowed my net connection down.

Anyone want to try mine again, ive individually forwarded the required ports

Get in there. Should I have done force continue in set up?

So do we wait for all to join? Ive never done a network game before and haven't a clue how they work

paddy, how did you manage to forward the ports. Could you perhaps give me a guide as to what you did as i'm gutted that i spent so long trying to get it to work but failed. Don't worry if its too much hassle though. Cheers

Brilliant news..

Right we need to deicde what the rules are going to be etc

What database size

The one I started first of all was large size with only premiership and championship selected

It completely depends on your router. On mine, a belkin, you go on the internet and type in your IP as the webpage. From the menu that cam up I chose virtual servers and typed in the required ports to be forwarded (10093 and 10094).
