Skelton wasn't looking to smart in the last round 
Dirty boxer imo, becasue of that he deserved to lose
If Williams had of fought the way he did in the last round, but only earlier in the fight, it would have been a clear victory
Was a good fight, well better than the last Williams fight anyway
And Khan had a good fight too, probably his hardest yet

It just looks like the guys khan is fighting aren't up to it... and regarding the skelton williams fight... I reckon skelton edged it. He wobbled in the last round but didn't fall... shoulda won
