...for either no obvious reason, or the entirely obvious reason that they're stupid.

I'm always trying to get them to watch The Princess Bride, but I think they're put off by the name, and refuse to listen to me. I should murder them as punishment, then they might watch it.

Sphere, with Dustin Hoffman and Samuel L Jackson. Had it on dvd for weeks trying to get them to watch it.

Afterwards they told me to feck right off with my shit movies.

I liked the movie. Bastard friends.

Spirited Away, and Donnie Darko.

Donnie Darko is a great movie, truly unique, remember when I was first watched although I enjoyed it, I was still like what the feck did I just watch. A Clockwork Orange was one that I had trouble convincing my friends to watch a few years, but they loved it of course.

For a while I was constantly nagging my cousin (who I live with) to watch The Usual Suspects, but even after I sent it to him he couldn't be arsed. The same with a lot of other movies.

He really should listen to me, I've gotten him interested in countless movies, and particularly TV series. He's a massive Firefly, Farscape, Babylon 5, SG-1, etc geek, and I got him to watch them all!

I guess this a show, but I got some of my good friends into The Wire, fecking absolutely obsessed with that show they became

That's another show I got my cousin to watch, and true to form he absolutely fecking loved it. He hasn't gotten me to watch as much as I've gotten him to watch, but I consider us more than even by him pressuring me into reading the Wheel of Time series.

I don't think I've tried to get him to watch Entourage yet, actually. I'll have to give it a go, at least.

Ive been trying to get my frineds to watch the host for the last year or so. Plus its been on film four recently, but they seem put off when i explained its a korean monster movie. Although, its all kinds of awesome.
Also-
Black Sheep
Highlander Vengeance (the anime one, better than all the sequels. Not that hard really)

I hang round with twats

I had the same problem with this. Nobody likes the sound of it.

I can't get anyone to watch Heat either. Most claim to never have heard of it.

Oh yeah Heat, most people I know took alot of persuading to watch it. Its Pacino and De Niro ffs! It's a must watch, and has one of the best shoot out scenes of all time.

I finally persuaded a few pals to watch Boondock Saints and they all hated it:mad: .

They just wouldn't listen to reason, for some reason anti-shark repellant spray made them think the film was shite. Also this didn't help,

Inconceivable!

There used to be a newb called inigo montoya, his name made me chuckle, is he still down there?

That shoot-out scene is absolutely fantastic. One of my favourite action sequences ever. On a big screen with a decent sound system it's breath taking.

"The THing" one of my all time fav movies but none of them are ever up to seeing it - w@nkers!

Well not so much a film, but I'm always trying to get my mum to watch Prison Break but she won't give it the time of day :nono:
I just think she'd love it if she gave it a chance.
