Fergie targets three signings
Sir Alex Ferguson has ruled out wholesale changes at Old Trafford this summer.
But the Manchester United manager expects to make 'two or three signings' to strengthen the squad which won the Premiership title.
'There won't be massive dealings,' Ferguson told the club's official website. 'But hopefully there will be two, or maybe three, that will come in.'
Reports of a clear-out were mooted but United's end-of-season form - together with their avowed intention to keep David Beckham - means the vast majority of Ferguson's current squad will be at Old Trafford again next year.
But Ferguson has been linked with vast numbers of players, with Paris Saint-Germain saying United want Brazilian Ronaldinho and Real Madrid's Claude Makelele denying he wanted to join the Premiership winners.
Other reported targets include Blackburn winger Damien Duff, West Ham striker Jermain Defoe, Leeds keeper Paul Robinson and Portuguese starlet Ricardo Queresma.

Fergie said two or three new players will come.
If it is two, I guess it is a striker and a winger.
If it is three, then the third one may be a defender.
What's your guess on it?
