Fergie to buy a second Van?

Ive been thinking about our striker problem and who would be a good player to fit in,

apart from Ronaldinho, Di Canio and a few others how about a move for Feyenoords Pierre Van Hooijdonk?

I know he has been a bit of a problem child in the past but so was King Eric, Seba had his issues and Paul Ince was a young hoon, I think Fergie has shown before that he is capable of harnessing talent from players who have problems.

Van Hooijdonk is a great free kick taker, was excellent with forest and even better at Feyenoord. I think he would be a bit of a bolter!

he's not young anymore that's probably a problem ...

And he's a HERO in Feyenord now ... his homeland ... playing in CL as well ... It will take a lot to draw him out from here especially if it doesn't mean confirmed 1st team chances ..
