I can't say I know much about the guy myself, and Dortmund seem to be the strongest suitors for his signature reading that article. However, Patrick Berger is a reputable source for Bundesliga transfer news so I thought it could be worth some discussion.

He's a central midfielder. I can't pretend I've really watched him but his statistical profile (courtesy of Fbref) paints the picture of a hard-working advanced eight in a mould not entirely dissimilar to Rabiot.

Wonder if part of the thinking, if he is indeed a target, is that he would count under the homegrown rules due to his time at City. I have no idea how good he is. If we’re looking for a cheapish homegrown squad player who can play CM or AM, I’d prefer Alex Scott from Bristol City.
