i was always partial to the Sharpey Shuffle myself :o but the one i can watch over and over again was when Cantona scored against Leeds (with a deft little side-foot from a tight angle) right in front of the Leeds fans! all he did was go up to the crowd, put on that God-like stance and stare at them. no gesture. no words. immediately, the Leeds fans were on their feet, "gesturing" back shall we say!

giggs' celebration after scoring in the 99 FA Cup semi final.

Could've done without seeing his hairy chest, but with him and his teammates going crazy, the fans on the pitch joining in, and what the goal and game meant....unbeatable for me.

I'll probably think of more.

I don't have a pic at hands, but I found the King of all celebrations was done by the King himself.

Eric Cantona scored against Sheffield Wednesday (or United, or another team all-together?) at Traff' in 98 or 99. Media had started to speculate if he was over the top and had lost his magic touch, especially in front of the goal.

Well, he gave them all this reply: A nice run from the middle, the keeper came out, and our l'enfant terrible just gave the ball a divine chip which sent it (painful, for the keeper ofcourse) slooooooowly over the keeper and into the upper-left corner.

After that Eric just stood there, stiff as a brick of rock. And met the crowds with his challenging look; as if saying: "Anyone doubt me?!"

The King had answered. The King was back. Our prayers had been heard. Again.
 
It was against Sunderland in summat around 96 or 97 . Eric retired in 1997.

Cantona going up the pole against liverpool on his return was pretty good.

The one i always remember was Lee Sharpe taking a huge divot out of the pitch trying a knee slide.
 
i'm surprise that nobody mention Cantona's goal against Newcastle in 95/96 season. In my openion, that should be the top 3 celebrations of all time!!! What's up with you guys??? His expression when he scored that goal sums it all really. ;)
 
when giggs scored a cracker against QPR going past a few players and smashed it in, he just calmly walked to the corner flag and raised 1 finger and twirled it brilliant
