Excuse the post if its a bit jittery with mistakes, my hands are almost blue (note to self -must invest in gloves)

Anywho we were standing aroudn talking just outsie the K stand when all of a sudden this guy came up to us asking for gate 36, we told him where it was and then introduced him self as Loyyd (Sp?), who apparently was a 41 year life long United Fan who last season spent 15,000 pounds travelling and tickets, went to 6 european aways and every home and away, fair play to the guy.

He asked us all where we were from so we told him and he got rather pissed off by this, due to the fact he travels from Cornwall and got even more pissed off by the fact he couldn't get a ticket for the United game against Arsenal.

He then said something about how he should of got a ticket and not us and then went blabbering on about something and I at this point told him that we were all there (including the random bloke) for one reason and that was United - he then went on about some other crap and at this point G4orce couldn't be bothered with him cos the guy was getting severly pissed off so G4orce walked off followed swiftly by myself and Veg, The guy was clearly drunk though!

Other highlights of this evening was waiting around in the cold for trams, watching my hands turn wonderful shades of what they shouldn't of been, rubbish flying into me oh and nearly falling over... theres a football match in there somewhere where united win 2-0 but that was crap ;)

Seriously, was it that cold? I thought there was something wrong when I saw Ole with gloves on.

If fit, Keano would have run around with his short sleved shirt on though.

Naaaa, he was interesting to start off with, then got a bit hasty about not getting an Arsenal ticket and then claimed that we didn't deserve our tickets

You've been waiting for that haven't you . . . ;)

That guy was an idiot tonight, Im sure G4orce and Veg will comment more on it!

You beat me to it yap :)

Yeh, that got me really fired up and just had to walk away as soon as he told veg that he didnt deserve a united ticket was the last straw really when at this point i just looked up at the sky and shouted "oh feckk off" then just walked away...

Tryed to tell him that last year i got my only chubb for the arsenal game but seeming he was a life long fan and literally instantly dismissed me as a young tare-away with his loyalties for united out the window it was difficult...

Tell me this Loyyd:

If you have been such a great fan Loyyd, and spent 15grand last year on united and never missed a game in god knows how long then you should have a season ticket by now surely Loyyd...

But you havent have you Loyyd... :)

The guy was a total tosser, much like some we get on here every now and again...

Brass monkeys it were tonight....

Soooooo cold as i kept telling yaps every 2 mins seeming i didnt bring a coat.

But hey, the megastore will look after you

£25 for a scarf and gloves!

I reckon he was lying....

Surely if he had been to every home game last season he would have known where gate 36 was?
