Is there any big gathering for this weekends match ?
Dont say St George leagues cos last time I went there I was with 10 other people.
Not exactly exciting....
Anywhere else ???

I went to St George for a Euro game on ESPN a few years ago. Very few there and no atmosphere. Since then I usually watch Euro games at Cheers in the city before going to work. It gets pretty crowded.

Should we try to build a venue in Sydney? Where do you live? I'm in Dee Why. I was planning on watching at home.

Isnt Cheers the Official Liverpool gathering tho ?

I live in the west...about 5 mins from Liverpool.

I really think we should make a place to meet and get it done with the fans club.
Cos seriously last time I went was for the United vs Bayern Champions League match when we got knocked out.
It was shite.
All 50 year olds.

I cant say ive ever been to St George leagues club, if been around to a few places but nowhere ever really stands out, i tend to stay home these days.

I think it might be. I seem to remember hearing it advertised for their FA Cup Final against Arsenal. I thought I misheard because either bar would be overcrowded with 100 people. Apparently we had over 400 for our cup finals at St George.

Haven't we moved to Parramatta Melita Eagles at Chester Hill? I don't know because I don't go to the meetings. If we do build a venue I think it should be in the city. Liverpool is nearly 2 hours for me by public transport.
