<a href="http://www.redcafe.info//ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=recent_user_posts&u=00006235" target="_blank">The first 4 topics you've started</a> have basically been...

feck off Keano, feck off Fergie, feck off Phizza & feck off PLC.

<a href="http://www.redcafe.info//ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=008143&p=" target="_blank">Here's my next topic...</a>

1. keane, slags off the fans, hurts the clubs image.

2. slags off his own players, hurts the clubs image, and causes unrest.

2. his book, attacks everyone, and looks like his big mouth has got him into trouble with the f.a for that tackle.

---

s.a.f is without doubt the greatest manager in the history of the english game, but his ideas are getting old, we really do need new blood, it would make us fresh again.

---

the board, hmmm well i really dnt have time for the board, mr edwards was out for one thing only, to line his already deep pockets with more of the folding stuff, but mr kenyon seems ok.

---
mr neville (phil) wont be the player fergie thinks he will be....

trust me i love this club, but some things need to change...

You join a United forum and stir up shit right away. How do you think we are going to perceive you?

It's fine having an opinion but when every one is of the negative nature, you come off as a Wind Up Merchant.

Are you lchk in disguise?

1 Didn't slag off the fans. Commented that there was a lack of atmosphere and too many 'executive' 'fans' were at matches.

2 Who says he's caused unrest? Tabloid newspapers <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" />

2 (I'm sure you meant 3) Have you read the book yet. You seem to know exactly what it says from 'doctored' serialisation in tabloid newspapers.

SAF admitted his error in announcing his retirement. When he elected to stay and let the players know they got themselves right back into the title race and had just left themselves with too much to do. Besides, Arsenal were brilliant, we can't deny that.

The board. Have really loosened up in the past three or four years. £28m on Veron. £30 on Rio. £12 on Yorke a couple of seasons before that. What more do you want them to do. United can't buy every player that's available.

Phil Neville. What sort of player does SAF think he will be then. Obviously not a first team starter otherwise he be playing every week and not on the bench. And United wouldn't be trying to sign Escude.

You love this club. THEN SUPPORT IT!

Listen to him more often then. He must talk some sense.

Christ mate, we're not stale because we've run out of ideas, we're stale because our players were getting too comfy. "Kick up the arse" Keano is exactly what we need.

Also, you think we'd be able to afford Rio if we weren't a plc? Its not nice but it makes sense...

If United sell Keano, it shouldn't be because he stirred up the dressing room, it should be because there's a midfield genius coming through the ranks and Keano's keeping him out... Even then we can always sell Veron first... <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" />

well he aint the only one , there are a few others like him on this forum, maybe we should name them and shame them

He's doing what 99% of people do in their first few posts (i was the same) stirring up a bit of controversy.
He may not get his point across very well but atleast he's thinking of way's the club can move forward.
The one point i do agree with him on is until last year the PLC board were complete cnuts. Through buying tickets, programs, merchandise etc we have given the club millions and they insisted on the poxy wage limit. The club is the richest in the world (list printed in the times early this year) and SAF has had to beg the board for every poxy penny.
The club finances are controlled by a bunch of money grabbing bastards who couldn't careless about football all they are interested in is the share price. (there are of course a few exceptions)

P.S. If you lived in Stockton you'd be a bit negative, its only about 10 miles from Middlesbrough. Trust me i used to live in Middlesbrough.

We needed a top class defender, one who can be a RED for the next ten years, we got the one Fergie wanted, it matters not how much Leeds wanted for him, we got him and the reason we got him is because of the money grabbing bastards who couldn't care less about football being very astute in the fiscal department over the past decade.

I agree with you, that is why I started it with "until last year the PLC board ...."

Aha, I conveniently overlooked that comment! :o

Still, they have been prudent over the years and I think now we are reaping the benefits of that.

Even without the Spanish/Italian type spending before '99 we were extremely successful domestically. The coffers were opened for Disco & Jaap and we were rewarded with a treble.

When it was obvious a new injection was needed after 00/01, we got it with Ruud (who was supposed to come after the 99/00 season) and Seba and again this summer with Rio.

Money has been spent at the right times imo, even though last years outlay didn't bare fruit success wise, at least they took the initiative to do so in the first place.

I can imagine if Seba, Diego, Ruud & Larry (even though he was on a free) weren't bought; Disco, Coley, Teddy & Jaap stayed and we won nowt. The majority of the fans would have been saying, we should have bought so and so to inject some newness into the squad when we had the chance etc. etc. etc.

Fact is, we can't have it all our way all the time, obviously, but I'm glad we have our money men and not any of the countless others floating around in the backrooms of some other clubs around the world.

Agree with this. Ste you probably do have the club at heart but now is the time to give the lads your support. it's a piece of p!$$ when we are on top and turning teams over but when we're up against it, whoever is representing the shirt (even Neville,P) needs our full support.
