Raoul, given your continued interest in Kaka, I thought you might want to know he has signed a new -improved- contract with São Paulo as they desperately wanted to hold on to him for another season.

Looks like he is not leaving yet then.

The "improved contract" just shows an intention to keep him. The fact is now he is getting a whopping 5k a week <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" />

Not necessarily, after all the taxes on that are lower to the point it is approximately the equivalent of 10K a week, depending on country of destination. Add up the fact that Brazil is piss-cheap (and you don't have to keep jetting your family/friends back and forth) and it is not THAT bad a deal. Particularly when he is also getting quite a lot of money from AmBev as well.

He is young and can wait. He is also loyal to his club which I will never argue against.
