Have you changed you thoughts on Roy yet??

Bad result on Sunday that. Such a kicking and the manner in which you got defected was a disgrace to GAA up and down the country

I think the better team won. Looks like we have alot of work to do in both football and hurling. The performances are terrible and we are along way off winning All Irelands for a long time.
Back to square one!

Why would I change my mind about Roy? The guy is a Legend. The only time I have ever been pissed off with him was when he actually chopped Haaland, but that is in the past now.

Good to see you have calmed down. Like Corkery you see it leads to nothing.

Anyway in relation to Roy, do you think he will ever get to wear the Green of Ireland again and if so what will his team mates think??

I also see that the FAI are in the running for a big slating from Mick McCarthy in his new book. Seems Roy and Mick have 1 thing in common

Love to see it. Think everyone in Ireland and associated with Ireland would love it(team mates and all). I have a feeling he might, even under McCarthy.

Despite the Keane incident I think McCarthy should go. Don't rate him. The Spanish game will live long in my memory. I mean Connolly, for God sake, with Morrison on the bench. Having said that, the 11 on the pitch should have finished them off before the substitutions took place.

And who would you put in to manage the team instead of McCarthy??

Keane has always being a firey character, will he be able to control him??

Not sure. I think O'Leary would be better, but O'Neill would be the dream. Maybe Keane as player manager ;)

He's not an animal, he doesn't need controlling. He's a winner and hates inadequacy, nothing wrong with that. Every team needs players like that. Ferguson says the greatest team he ever managed was the 94 United because he had a dressing room of players who think as Keane now does. The great Liverpool sides were the same.
