Think Vegetables has to take a cue number. Alot of clubs watching him, Djurgarden are ready to sell him . He was the driving force behind them winning the league. Don't know if I remember correctly, but I think he said he would prefer to play in spain. He was on swedish TV alot this weekend but wasn't listening that closely.

You're a Finn. Marching spoke of knowledgeable Swedes. I expected you to put him right.

<img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" /> , I'm a swedish speaking finn, it's consequently me that the hicks from deep inside the country (from the bush) hate and not the swedes. The swedes aren't considered stupid here, merely homosexual but that has to do with the way they talk.

<strong>While we're waiting for replies, what's the general split amongst Leeds fans on the Venables issue? From other threads I see you're in favour of giving the spiv a chance but there were a lot of Leeds fans phoning 606 on Saturday who wanted his head on the table for Christmas dinner</strong><hr></blockquote>
I heard them on 606 too kf....Leeds fans have no choice but to give TV more time...christ he has been there 2 months!!
TV will get it right.

This guy is pure dynamite, he is 20 years old and a regular in the national team. He is an attacking midfielder with a great shot (with both feet but especially a good left foot) and a good vision. I think he is the best prospect out there at the moment. He is good with the media (unlike some other Swedish young talents) and seem to be popular among the other players in his club and in the national team. He is pure class and would break into any team IMO. If you grab him now you are really lucky, I think the prize tag should be reasonably low since he only recently (after the WC) broke into the national side.</strong><hr></blockquote>
Thanks for that - I should have addressed the topic FAO Jesper shouldn't I
I know Leeds have been watching this lad for a long time now so hopefully we might be in first for him.

As you probably know the Swedish premiership ended just a couple of days ago, and since Källström's club was competing for the title his club decided not to discuss Källström's future with the media. But I think his agent will take all bids now. We know for a fact that Parma and Villa have been open about their keen interest to sign him, and the rumor will have it there are loads of other teams lined up for discussions now that the Swedish season is over. My guess is that there will be many clubs involved in this race. Having said that, it is very likely that the prize tag is likely to rise from the 2m that was mentioned a while ago.

No mate, but seeing some of the rave reviews on here we'd better let Fergie know so he can grab him before you do!! Re TV, I was a bit suprised they were baying for his blood already but then I was also suprised when O'Leary got the push. Presume he'll be after Mick McCarthy's job now, at least Keano might get a game!!!
