I watched a ghost/horror movie about a girl who goes back home after she's been in a mental institution. She has a sister and they live with their dad and their step-mom and the whole story is happening in that house... I havent got a clue what the movie is called and I wanna watch it again. anyone?

Sounds like "A Tale of Two Sisters" (which I think is Korean).
I wouldn't worry about that one much. A few good scenes, but got cheesy pretty quickly. All teenager based.
I'm thinking of this one too.
Plot Summary: Two sisters who, after spending time in a mental institution, return to the home of their father and cruel stepmother. Once there, in addition to dealing with their stepmother's obsessive and unbalanced ways, an interfering ghost also affects their recovery.
