Every thread has a moderator log, it shows every action a moderator has made to it, the time it was done, and who did it.

Marcos, just create a thread and click on Thread Tools (top right) and the poll option should show up.

I'm sure that you can see the log simply by selecting "Edit Thread" under the thread tools. You don't have to do something fancy.
