When Fergie talked about Beckham not being up to scratch etc and possibly dropped for a while, I thought this might be an opportunity to play Forlan down the right and see what he can do there. It would also take the pressure off him to score goals regularly whilst using his pace and hopefully an ability to cross the ball, to good effect. Fergie now says Becks is fine so maybe that idea has to be shelved for the moment.
