Ive noticed that in a few of the threads you are critisizing people for starting a topic that you feel has been started somewhere else. I think people are doing this cause they dont have time to read through all the threads, but still want to get things of there chest, i know i have. Perhaps on a day like today you could be a little more sympathetic, as emotions are running pretty high. Has everyone still got a right to start a topic anymore or is there some new rules? When this place was just one forum there was less space, yet i cant remember niall ever complaining.

I think Ninja is on the wrong planet, not the wrong forum.

When the forum breaks-down, will you be complaining?

To be fair, Niall isn't around that often. Which is why the moderators exist.

Moderators need to close threads to feel like moderators.

So your answer is that their will be a break down if too many topics are started? So what is the official number of topics we are allowed to start?
BTW, To answer your question, No i would not complain if the forum broke down because of this, because at least people would be free to start a topic of their choice, without someone moaning.
Im not trying to have a go at you, its just yesterday was a bit of a joke, every time i read someones topic, there you were.

At least I'm consistant eh? ;)

If there are too many topics, the forum tends to either pack up altogether or become very slow. By keeping all your thoughts in one thread, it will prevent that. It's all pretty straight forward. I wasn't out to get anyone, or on some kind of power trip or anything, it's just important to keep the forum running smoothly, especially when it's as busy as it was yesterday afternoon.

Fair enough, just not so much eh? It is easy to lose track of your thoughts if you are reading through a long topic just to take up where someone left off, or has already said in the same topic. Also you are making your point as therapy, cause you are angry/sad, and by writing it on a forum, you know someone might read it, and offer you advice, or critisize you, either way, you have told someone your feelings, therefore sorting your head out somewhat. This is more likely to happen if you start a topic.
