Up there with TribalBollocks and PlanetWank IMO. They love to shit stir, especially about United:

Fergie Fought France Boss TOO

from the people who brought you the Roberto Carlos to Sign and Henry stories :rolleyes:

Nice to see the cafe keeps its credibility by not entering into this sort of farce (except for the Gallas story of course ;) )

Bloody hell what a bunch of idiots.

---

The new manager of the French national side was then forced to bite his tongue as Silvestre played for United against Middlesbrough last Tuesday, ahead of last weekend's vital Euro 2004 qualifying clash between France and Cyprus.

---

"forced to bite his tongue"? Santini had the right to call Silvestre before the Middlesbrough match, and if the idiots on that joke of a football site bothered reading the articles they are copying (rather than change it into a war) they'd see that Santini agreed to let Silvestre play in that match even though he didn't have to.

Clubs pay the wages so, imo, a NT manager should have no right to ask for a player to be rested in a competetive game for his club, conversely, a club manager should have every right to ask for his player to only play half a game in a friendly.

I love this;

Mikael Silvestre today confirmed Ferguson used his French player's mobile phone to urge Jacques Santini to play Silvestre only for one half against Tunisia in last month's friendly between Les Bleus and the North Africans

Did he? When? If so, why has nobody else picked up on it. And where's the quotes.

What a load of bollocks
