I dont get some people who just take brilliant songs, in this case the Pantera anthem, and destroy it with a baby voice and gay guitars. No Re-Spect!

Actually, you can compare them to bands like Simple Plan, Sum 41, and My Chemical Romance with all their neo-pop/punk rock, indie, and alternative garbage

When people speak of Fall Out Boy they speak of sugar we're going down/dance dance and the new album.
They ignore the fact they did some pretty solid pop punk stuff before that.
New Foud Glory....wash your mouth out.
Good Charlotte...are funny...on a whole new level...to a point where you like them for all the wrong reasons.
Funeral For A Friend did some of the best post-hardcore stuff going so i'll ignore that.
Bullet For My Valentinte are basically Machine Head (a band you like by all accounts) with Melody...it's here i begin to think your problem is just melody.
And lostprophets are just a rock band that did one album that dabbled in Nu-Metal ... much more of their stuff gives more a nod to just straight Rock material.
I ask this to all of you...What is wrong with melody ?

Re: Bullet- its the name. If it wasn't for the word valentine, people would stop naively classing them as emo or whatever. A lot of metal fans, who actually judge bands by their music like Bullet. And saying they're useless is bizarre since they are one of the most technically skilled bands I have seen live.

Their other problem is their lyrics. They are incredibly leant to that line. But I like them a lot.
As for FoB, it all went wrong after Take This to Your Grave, that is a superb, albeit pop twinged, album.
